How to cancel an order

If you wish to cancel an order, we'd be happy to help!


As we aim to ship out the orders as soon as possible, please get in touch if you wish to cancel.


Please select the "Order Inquiry" type and then include your Order number in the details.  This will help us to locate it as quickly as possible and if we can locate it in time, we will cancel and process a refund for you immediately.


When you placed the order, you would have received an initial email to advise you that the order has been received. This contains your order number. Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received it.


If you don’t have your order number please send us through the email address and the full name you used when purchasing the lamps and we should be able to locate your order.


If the order has already been processed, we won't be able to cancel it, but we can provide you with the information to return the lamps within the 30 day return time frame.
